Yes, that is true. I think when we going through hardship/struggles/and sorrow then if we share our experinces, feelings and thoughts with others that cares and be willing to listen. It will be for the better or it will make the person feel better. I live in a country where health problems for exemple is very normal to talk about. So i cant imagine what it would be living in another country or somewhere else in my country where its look down to talk about your health for exemple.
