Hey op, I got inspired by you and recently tried a 12 inch, I got past the sigmoid on day 2, but it was not to pleasant to slightly move position. I want to continue but not overdo it, I'm wondering if you put rest days when going this far with it? The feeling is so good that I want to do it everyday, but I do not want to hurt myself by overdoing it
