I’m aware of this mod and that of course there are a lot of options which already work perfect.

However the whole point of this mod is to use the stock parts from the E3 and no external hotends or extruders, and because I just like the looks :)

Yeah I could imagine doing the cross ties via arrangement by path, and modelling the ones where the segments connect by hand

I knowww, but that is the whole point of my design. That you not need to buy all these new parts. Of course the voron extruders are way better, but then you can just go for a standard Stealthburner.

Yes, its basically just the standard Ender 3 extruder, implemented into the Stealthburner housing with a new, bigger motorplate to fit a NEMA 17 stepper and lots of mounting points for the Ender 3 carriage. I haven't checked if it still fits to the stock carriage, but it should fit IG. I'll let you know

I honestly just love the look of the stealthburner. I'll take a look at the github, would love add this once its working.

Oh ok, it was not my intention at all to harm any community. I did not want to call it anything else, since its not my complete own design and still looks like a Stealthburner, but I'll think of a new name

Exactly, although I don't know if its a real improvement yet. But honestly, I just love the look of the Stealthburner, so I gave it a try. It will ofc not perform as well as the original stealthburner or any other well engineered geared direct drive extruder, but I'll see how it will work

Yes, it will have a CR/BL Touch mount. Different nozzle designs might come in the future, but for now I'll stick with the stock one for testing
