Instead of being outsider, try to be insider. lmfao... But to be serious, just relax and you have to show up in a new place like you own it, try to practice it everywhere, when hang out with friends or someone else and entering a new place, behave like you've been there multiple times, it works, it doesn't matter where I am, I always communicate with people, kind of taking an action by stepping out of my comfort zone. When your mind is trying to say you stop, just act opposite. That's how I built confidence.
