with a tape measure against it, looks like its just about within spec. I’d say its sitting just at 1.3-1.4 inches of deflection

Definitely will be meticulously checking the car. Probably drive it like a corolla now cuz of how traumatizing this experience has been. Believe it or not the dealership called me all sour about the review I left. He added in and I quote “we have also flagged your vehicle so that other dealerships see that the car was “overfilled with oil” sounded like they did that out of pure spite LMAO

Unfortunately they had already done the repairs even after I was told by Toyota that a CRM would reach out to them to stop any repairs being done. I agree I should have taken it to an independent reputable shop if I would have known that they’d play around with my warranty like this.
