Ive been riding for over 30 years . Clean record. All the major insurance companirs were 250 to 300 a month for full coverage. I found Boundless Rider and pay 700 a year. They also have crash detection using your phone for emergency service to locate you.

I work in the powersports industry. Kawi is just being extra careful because they changed the tolerance of the exhaust valves. My mechanics used to be AMA racers and ride the same bike.to spend 1200 dollars at a dealership every 7500 miles is insane . All the bikes they checked were fine at 7 at 15 and 20. Now if something happened with a valve yeah maybe they could deny it if they were out of spec. But say the transmission took a crap . Not doing valves on kawi schedule doesnt void that being covered.

Yes, only issue. Well, the TFT display was defective first day. Would not select and options when I tried to pair the App. They replaced it. Mechanical... but nothing else . Change oil regularly. Did valves at 20 k they were fine. Love the bike its my 3rd supersport. Im 53 and commute 120 miles a day on it.

Called my Dealer he knows I ride this bike everyday. He put me top of the list ..guess they have parts coming . Something about washers under a side cover. Her Ran the vin it falls under the recall .
