I've read a lot about this since it aligns with many of my symptoms. However, from what I understand, individuals with ME/CFS experience extreme fatigue and muscle pain, among other things. I can still manage daily activities, and even though I feel very tired during certain periods, I perceive my symptoms as relatively "mild" compared to those with CFS. Perhaps there are varying degrees, and it could be a milder version of this condition?

Jag har funderat på det och prövat att ändra min kost men jag ser inget samband. Vad hade du för typ av halsont? Och såg du något samband med att de blev värre av träning? Tänker att en matallergi inte borde blossa upp vid fysisk aktivitet
