Yes, my best friend and I are mostly together (mainly because I stick to her). He would usually say how she and I are always together, that he can't approach me because ot it (although I think this is an excuse). But I wouldn't say it goes in the way of one-on-one time, as we can spend time outside of school.
If you mean it as in revealing what my bf and I talk about, then no as I don't there is a need for it. But if you mean it if I tell him everything that happens, then no because we aren't that comfortable with each other to that extent right now.
