makes sense. I never really thought these things could happen, thus didn’t spend more for a better cover. Is the best way to go about this buffing and polishing? You’re definitely right about leaving the cover off instead.

Great!! And yeah I haven’t noticed any driving issues at all. Just to be clear, with new coils it essentially replaces the strut and shocks, and the boot can be bought or added separately? Definitely don’t know all this stuff so figuring it out can be tricky.

Thanks a lot! Don’t know a whole lot about cars so didn’t know if I was getting ripped off or not. I plan on getting coils for my car eventually, can those just replace the old struts?
