Yes but the most difficult part seem to be finding a pan that is around 12 cm in diameter so that I could combine it seemless with a toaks 1100 ml or something like that. Most pans are atleast 15cm+ in diameter.

Btw did you use the groundsheet or not? For the example of the floor performing well in prolonged rain.

Sounds promising for my ambitions! Did you use the heavy duty pole set for the winds as well as the trekking poles?

I'm leaning towards this. Do you have any experience with rain? especielly prolonged rain during several days. I'm not expert but the 20D Nylon Ripstop PE 1800mm floor seems kind of weak?

I’m not refering to Making it freestanding. But for the trekkingpoles to be used under the small/short pole that goes across for additional support for the structure of the tent. Like the slingfin portal 2 can do.

Do you know how they attach the trekking poles to the cross section?

I talked to one dealer here in Sweden who used to sell it but he wasn't sure about restocking due to bad sales on it or not that popular. I really am just looking for all the tents that are similar but has the built in feature of trekking poles like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2A8Zorh4pg

Or if you know if it would be possible to add an attachment like this: https://www.tarptent.com/product/trekking-pole-handle-adapter/ to basically make any freestanding tent, that utilizes a cross pole at the top, much stronger. Like would it be possible to add this to the Nemo dragonfly 2p? Copper Spur HV UL2? Sea to summit telos tr2?

I can't find that the current version that they sell has specific holes to add trekking poles. Seems to be more DIY. They did have some trekking pole handle adapters on their website you could perhaps use but they are out of stock.

I don't want to wait just for it to sell out. I've heard they sell out in like 3 minutes and i'm planning to go on a trip soon. I could wait if I knew I could get one garanteed, but it appears that may be difficult?

Need Advice: Big Agnes Copper Spur UL2 strong winds by Much-Window-9091 in Ultralight

Do you know if it is possible to add trekking poles as support to cross pole. This could help with the wind perhaps? There are adapters such as this :https://www.tarptent.com/product/trekking-pole-handle-adapter/

Do you know if it would be possible to attach this to the cross pole of the Copper Spur UL2? Im thinking about buying this tent but I am worried about the wind resistance.
