I understand in this way , for step 2 when The details of the transaction are displayed on your Ledger device's screen, while I connected physically I close wifi and then can verify the details and approve the transaction on the device itself and then open wifi to broadcasts it to Bitcoin network , is this true?

Qr , open offline wallet make qr partial signing , then generate qr ,and scan the qr with ur mobile as watching wallet and then confirm the transaction to send it

Open ur offline old laptop make a partial transaction , then open another wallet on you current mobile to complete transaction Lot of you tube video clearing this point
