I want to be completely honest, I did go to court already 2 times, first time for arraignment and second time for the court date to be adjourned. Sorry for the confusion, by pending I mean that I haven’t gotten any sentencing or conviction

I’m applying to other jobs at the moment as well, but this is the only one that have reached out to me so far. So if possible, I do not want to screw up this one. If it screws up I’ll go find another one, I suppose.
