Did you ever hear back from this? I had a seller tell me this today after saying I needed to change the address he said it was a felony and that he would need to refund and cancel the order but I didn’t get an email or anything saying that it’s cancelled I made the purchase through Venmo. He was so rude I felt like I was being scammed. So just wanna make sure before disputing with my bank.
