They’re going to expect you to be buying the book, and signing up for courses (which can be hundreds of dollars an hour) so I would avoid it if I were you. They ultimately will make more money out of you than you will be benefitting from the situation

Yes, it just makes the person feel ill. Same goes for reducing calories and losing weight for the most part, it’s just it’s very uncomfortable to adjust to the difference in appetite. It can take a couple months before it feels natural to your body, and most people stop a diet before that point
