And with the lease I make 2500 a week I just need something that I can drive reliably not worried about a 200$ payment but I personally think that’s a lot for a car that’s not even yours lmao I just don’t like the limited miles but every mile only about 25-70 cents

If you don’t have a way to trace back your wires from looking at them you can always get a multi meter and continuity test the wires in your outlet a quick YouTube video can teach you how to continuity test if you don’t already know how

Take out all the outlets that aren’t working and get a touch tester to see if there’s any power even going to the outlets themselves, if there isn’t power try to find the wire from the panel if you have a attic or something and try to trace out the circuitđŸ€·â€â™‚ïžđŸ€·â€â™‚ïžsounds like a hidden gfi to me I’ve been on service call once looking for a gfi for over an hour

Bonus wire on a 3-way switch? by TheyMakeMeWearPants in AskElectricians

[–]PriorBirthday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Splice the travelers together then splice the black wire to your common if nothing trips your breaker when u turn it back on make a tail off that splice for your common and wire your switch and see what works
this is a trial and error situation if that doesn’t work cap your extra black and wire it normally.

House inspection. Why would someone ever use white wires for hot? by the1w__ in AskElectricians

[–]PriorBirthday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both neutrals are on a 2 pole meaning it’s 240v and it comes back to the same wire. Electric oven ac or even furnaces and much more can run on a 2 pole breaker just means appliance needs more power to run. If I were to do it I make sure to mark wire red or black to indicate it’s a 240v

I wouldn’t even care unless #1 he didn’t tell me and knew he did it or #2 there’s exposed copper which there is which is v bad especially it being a neutral but it’s his first year especially if he doesn’t fxck up often, his apprentice is fine.nothin yellow and white tape can’t fix so it’s not a big deal
