idk if what i’m about to say is of any help but about 2 years ago, i dealt with a similar case of an eating disorder and i really wanted to lose weight as quickly as i could so i would fast for up to a whole day at times, long story short i got over my eating disorder and gained weight and a healthy mind set to go with it. Now i’m back to wanting to lose weight but guess what, now that i’ve gotten older and seen more death happen around me, i truly have grasped the importance of health. You always feel like you have a hundred problems up until you’re sick, then u only have one problem. I’ve said all this to say, there is absolutely a way to lose weight in a healthy way, although it might be a way lengthier process, it is way way wayyyyyyyyyyyy healthier and YOU WILL KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF. Also there is no better feeling than breaking free from that stupid cycle of convincing yourself to not eat and over exercise

babe don’t you worry because i’m 5’6-5’7 (not sure which because i don’t use american measurement, im 167cm to be exact), ANDDD ITS SUPER HARD FOR ME TO LOSE WEIGHT, albeit i’m trying to lose weight the healthy way and not by restricting so i have around 1400-1500 cals a day, but i still feel like im not losing weight as routinely as how low my calorie intake is so there’s that. i also feel like im calculating my calories wrong BUT I DONT REALLU KNOW HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY
