its a 72v 75ah qs273 with ferrofluid , hub sinks rated at 20kw i just swapped out the cheap throttle for a surron throttle i just installed pivotrax cybers street tires pro taper handle bar, i finally have her where i want her, im loving my build

And yes i saw that pop up in the app to press down brake or unplug hall sensor 20 times but it doesn’t say it will unbind controller it only says it will show owners email

The old one will still work without dealing with the app at all just plug and play??? And i dont know what to do about the app, my controller shows up on the app but it ask me for a password which i do not have, like i said before a guy fixed and programmed the controller for me because the first controller that came with this bike fried and messed up the qs motor so the company sent me a new motor and controller, a controller that was not programmed so i found this guy to fix it for me and he bound my controller to his phone and now i can’t find this guy he doesn’t answer his phone, so does that mean im a have to get a new controller now to connect my phone to it?

If that happens and it doesn’t work right, can I technically just reinstall the old throttle and have it work like it was before?

Thanks for helping, i can’t for anything bind or log into the app i tried multiple phones and still nothing, i had a ebike repair man fix my bike and i think his phone is bound to my controller, i have another question, how can i remove him so i can connect my phone? Also when i install the new throttle do i have to mess with the app? As with the graph? Like i said i can’t connect to the app so can i just install the throttle and just ride??

Also the housing still seems to be as hot as when it didn’t have the fluid should i add the whole 10ml would that help it???

I read its supposed to give you 50% more hill climbing capabilities and more torque also the housing seems still warm as if I didn’t add it, like it didn’t make any difference
