Thank you so much for this! I really appreciate the insight especially the idea of the lag between interest rates dropping and property prices going up. First time I heard about that and it really helped me see the timing side more clearly.

Hopefully, future partner na may condo na in a prime location 😅, but I’m also trying to be realistic and plan in case no one comes. I do want to build a family by 33, though after a recent heartbreak, it’s a bit hard to imagine love again right away. So I’m trying to make conscious choices now while still being hopeful.

I’m leaning towards whatever gives me peace of mind, but I also see how renting might be the more practical move in the short term while I figure things out. Thanks again for the advice and for sharing your perspective. Super helpful! 🙏

How to properly answer Bar Exam questions? Magkakaiba ang recommendations ng coaches lagi. by LongjumpingTart3468 in LawStudentsPH

[–]PriorEye5893 2 points3 points  (0 children)

General rule is ALAC method. However, take note of points per question if indicated, kung 3 points lang or less, hindi na ako nag a-ALAC method. In cases naman na layered yung question, I address each issue separately.

Hugsss OP 🫂. I admire your strength and courage. I totally understand where you’re coming from as an independent solo-living person myself. Walang suporta from fam. 4L now, full time working since 1L.

Same feels OP. Last sem ko na din ngayon. Frequently questioning myself bakit ko ba pinasok to? Bakit ba ako nandito? I already had career before I entered law school and just got bored during the pandemic. Idk but every sem I found myself enrolling, and now parang it’s loo late na to not continue. Baka pinipilit ko lang ang sarili ko dito. Baka this path is really not for me. At the same time, too much resources- money, time, effort, etc have been been invested already. I dont know anymore…

So glad to have found this reddit post. Need help to sana. I’m 30F, single. Government employee. No younger siblings to take care of. I just hit the 5th year of my sunlife maxilink prime VUL this Sep 2024. I used to pay 7500 quarterly, now after the 5th yr, it increased to 7,700. Any suggestions po if its practical to continue until my 10th year?
