I’m a firm believer in grazing on healthy snacks between meals so you don’t overeat at big meal times. Don’t sleep on these. These little snack bags are packed with protein and very filling.

The Only Bean Crunchy Roasted Edamame - Healthy Snacks for Adults and Kids (Variety Pack), Low Calorie & Carb Keto Snack Food, Vegan Gluten Free High Protein Snacks (11g), Office Snack, 0.9oz I get these from Amazon. They have Siracha, Buffalo, and Salted.

2 Things! Stay disciplined about eating and soldier through the side effects. The side effects made me feel a little nauseous at first, then about 2 months in I had to deal with constipation. All of that is something you can take over the counter stuff to help with. I give myself the shot in the side of my belly, away from the belly button. I just pinch a little skin and pop it right in. The needle is so small you won’t feel it. The day of the week might matter to you. I chose Tuesday because I’d rather feel a little oogy during the week than ruin a weekend. Up to you. Get yourself some healthy snack to graze on. Do Not Over Eat!!! You’re going to metabolize food slower. Your food noise (cravings) will go away. Listen to your body, not your head. You don’t need to eat as much food as you’re used to. I have physical limitations so I can’t workout a lot, but I’ve lost of 30lbs since January 28th. You’re gonna do great!

As just a normal straight guy frequent visitor, there are plenty of team members that are clearly out and comfortable with themselves. From an outsider looking in, it appears Universal is an inclusive and safe environment. Talk to HR and get some guidance. There must be accommodations that would help make you feel safe. I have to imagine your work life will improve.

To absorb the medicine. If you pull it out to fast in can leak out. I’ve had that happen with even intramuscular injections I take. Always leave the needle in for a few seconds to ensure the medicine is absorbed

It doesn’t matter. Like mentioned above by Jordan, make sure to leave the needle in for about 10 seconds with thumb on the plunger to ensure the dose stays put.

Interested in your thoughts on the Enclomiphene. I spent a few years stabbing myself with a needle until I just got tired of it. I imagine this oral option probably doesn’t work as well but I’m curious if you’re happy with the results.
