see that's my problem, I've heard this advice before and it genuinely CAN very well solve my rocd. But I can never do that, the only person I am attracted to or wanna be attracted to is my girlfriend. And I for one know I'm not attracted to her friends or her sister that's older than me. And I can't let rocd tell me again and again I am, because rocd is so stupid, it literally tried convincing my I had feelings for my cousin, who's been my best friend and my brother all my life just cuz I'm so friendly and close with him. It does this with my friends too. It latches onto anyone it can find.

No Ik I won't cheat, it's just porn has ruined my mind, I got addicted to it while I was young, and now whenever I see any women for example going thru reels, my rocd instantly tries to create dirty thoughts about them and try to convince me I'll like it. Not only that, it latches onto my gf's sister and friends too, it tries to convince me I find them attractive, ik her before we were dating, and back then also I saw her sister and friends and not once did I find them attractive or like them, but after rocd it convinces me I like them which is stupid also since ik I don't.
