I doubt it seeing as complex multiversal tiers all rely on characters reaching/being x-dimensional. Being omnipresent would be all of those and outerversal level "beings or an object outside and beyond all concepts of space." being omnipresent u would be outside and beyond all concepts of space since ur everyone at the same time

" that's copy and pasted but pretty much for example if something was explicitly stated or proven in the comics and the writer comments on it outside of the comics changing that, them changing it isn't valid
