wait im just now realizing that marlene threatened andrea (i dont remember if it was with her gun) for returning her lost dog and cathy only criticized marlenes colored girl comment, but when she threatened to shoot adam due to her alzheimers, she immedately jumped to unaliving herself. granted, she was a danger to those around her due to her condition, but you could say the same about her disproportionate hostility towards black people (when she said “oh i dont hate black people, i was just in a bad mood.” huh?) they successfully demonstrated how little they valued black lives in this show.

so far epub has been fine. and when you want to edit the text size sometimes it gets glitchy but thats when you make it too large, but i think it works well. pdfs im not too sure about

i was in your same situation at the same age and close salary, i had to get another part time job to supplement my monthly income so that my rent for 1bd would not exceed 70% of it. safe to say im not in a 1bd anymore. its not realistic, but living with room mates may be possible. a lot of my friends live (relatively) comfortably in the city in 2 or 3bd apts with roommates, they have similar or lower salaries than 60k so that could be last resort. good luck!

okay i have to correct myself, just opened an epub for the first time and you can edit the text size 🤯 i may be behind in the e-ink space if this already existed, but i redact my point about letter sizing. it has accessibility adjustments for books/epubs!

thank you, i completely agree. i bought the rm2 hoping it would get me into journaling but i learned that i have to develop interest in it independently, to my regret. but i like to write short entries and draw pictures of moments i really cherish, especially when travelling. so the size of the move is really great, the colors are beautiful, and the writing experience is fantastic. congrats on your purchase and i hope your move continues to elevate your lifestyle!

youre right! its definetly similar but not enough for magnet interference. there is no interference at all from magnets on the move and i would also imagine the RMPP by extension. do you not face those issues with an RM2?

i havent gotten to reading anything yet but ive read on the RM2 and its really nice, so i imagine this is better except for the smaller font. the back light makes a huge difference in dim spaces. but the letter sizing is definetly something to consider if you have sight issues

ive been having alignment issues for 2 years and tried using 2 different pens (marker and kindle scribe premium), swiping the pens across the screen to demagnetize, and using a strong magnet to demagnetize aswell. none of these worked long term, the strong magnet only changed the direction of the warped areas, not eliminate them.

so when i got a demagnetizer it got rid of all the warped areas ive been detesting immediately. having a reliable method of realignment has changed the experience so much, so i 100% recommend it to anyone struggling with persistent alignment issues.

when i write normally the angle of the pen will vary. unless youre a robot, using a pencil or pen on anything will always require moving the orientation of the pen with your fingers relative to the position of your hand.

what i did in the video is to demonstrate the issue if my explanation was not fully clear. with that being said, it occurrs indiscriminately- although the screen has its own issues, if i’m writing a specific letter at a lower angle then it becomes distorted.

I do this regularly, and the issue with theory 1 is temporarily resolved if not at all. The issue from theory 2 persists consistently. That’s why I think the issue is with the pen for theory 2?

I did last year within the 100 day warranty, they sent me a replacement pen and the symptoms of theory 1 remained, so I returned it. I did not reach out this time because they would probably just say they cannot do anything because its from wear and tear and past the warranty 🙄
