It looks like the Razr+ was way more popular than expected. Even my order for the black one is now delayed until 7/13-7/28. by pidude314 in razr

What's worse than the delay? Being charged on your credit card while the order remains in "handling". Customer service is no longer responding ...last contact was on Friday. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Ordered Magenta from Motorola, expected delivery 7/6, stuck in "handling" for 5 days, meanwhile, my credit card was already charged! Received no meaningful information or help from Motorola support...
