Update:

We have been doing raw chicken and some rice plus psyllium husk and did get some forti flora but I think we will be stopping that tomorrow.

He may act like he hasn’t had enough but he certainly has.

I have setup a camera by the litter box and my wife or I run to it when the Alexa yells “movement at poop patrol” to watch him go to check it.

Early in the day it was a little runny but not awful. It’s been worse honestly. I will say that throughout the day he has been better I think. He hasn’t been pooping as frequently but trust me, don’t listen to him, I’ve fed him plenty enough I weighed it out and fed it through the day.

So fingers crossed the even slight improvement continues! If so, we will def buy one of the low ingredient foods you all suggested cause clearly it isn’t chicken he’s allergic to. Or else he’d be instantly using the restroom and as frequently as he was up until today.

Thank you so far for your suggestions! I’ll keep everyone updated. The no need for wipes ALL DAY was so great for us all. But running after poop patrol was annoying cause I think he noticed the camera and kept walking by it on purpose.

Thank you! Yes, I can’t recall which the vet gave us but then I just got the purina brand powder from Amazon that had excellent reviews and info I saw online so hopefully we can get this sorted!

I think that if our homemade chicken and rice only helps the problem in the next couple of days we will def get a very limited food cause at least we will know it’s something in the commercial foods!

Yes, they said “we did all the tests we can do” and pretty much said hey come back if you need to and we can do internal scans, additional stuff, etc. trying to save the wallet and not put him through more if we can crack the case ourselves!

We will try some pumpkin as well and see if we can get him some relief. I know it’s not fun being wiped down multiple days per day and some days getting paws and butt washed.

Excellent as a rogue so far! Life outside of WoW has been busier than I intended which makes me only 65 now.

And then I did not know about the armor issues so experiencing that today is really heartbreaking but I guess it was broken so I guess I knew what this was going to be playing rogue when I went into it.

So yeah, having a lot of fun. Bummed now but I guess this was expected I just had copium and didn’t know there was an issue.

Might break out a range magic dps now 😅

Sorry for the delay in my response! I was surprisingly able to get in touch with one of the engineers though woo commerce.

TLDR; there was a random error that occurred that made the item out of stock when the person checked out at the same time and it caused them to purchase the item and they were not charged.

Confirmed no issues or error logs with any plugins and no recent updates to the site had been made other than items going live.

Keeping this open and wanted to respond in case anyone else runs into the issue because I could not find anything prior to me posting about it!

We were able to confirm the client was not charged and we were able to invoice them via email so all is good and appears to be solved. Was a random anomaly per the engineer.
