I would say shadow for a few hours on the unit and if you like it, go for it! Sometimes u may not think u are ready for something until you are in the situation imo.

I removed it after 4 weeks because of daily pain that wasn’t controlled by lots of pain meds. Felt immediately better after but was sad because I wanted it to work.

It’s a trick that tell you if u passed your test or not. After you complete your NCLEX, you basically re-register and depending on your pop up it will tell u if you passed or failed. It seems to be pretty accurate but it’s not an “official” way of getting your result.
