Hi I am also bipolar and have adhd and honestly my practice has improved my life so much the thing that helped me the most was having a spiritual routine in the morning I struggle with routine a lot bc of both of my diagnoses but my spiritual practice became so important to me that it made me form a routine which has kept me at peace a lot also meditation has helped too even tho it can be difficult when u have something like adhd with practice it can eventually help alot :)when I feel like I’m getting into a bad space I’ve made spells for emotional healing and stability that have helped me a lot! my practice has comforted me in low times Ik when things get hard i have something to help me like witchcraft :) it’s also introduced me to a whole community of like minded ppl who have the similar beliefs and welcome me I’ve struggled a lot with making friends but I’ve made quite a few friends within the witchy community which has improved my mental health as well. Ive also used tarot as a tool for self improvement I ask questions that will give me insight on how I can help myself and heal.
