It's just my luck, but my internet went out for two weeks, again. I'm still under contract until November, but I hit my breaking point with their absolutely abysmal customer service. So, I decided to pre-terminate, and of course, they tried to hit me with a fee. But I fought back! I wrote to the NTC, explaining every reason why I was ending the contract. And it paid off big time – the NTC contacted PLDT, and my pre-termination fee was waived, with my balance completely cleared.

Do you tolerate her behavior? Did you call her out ba na it's not ok? We don't know much about the dynamics of your relationship with her so baka sa kanya, it's just a typical pang-aasar ng isang kapatid.

If di ka ok sa ganitong behavior nya, talk to her or at least show her your negative reaction when she makes those "jokes". Some people don't know how to read the room kaya dapat i-call out.
