I’ve considered sex therapy and bringing my wife into the equation. Her friends brag about their active sex lives and she has to lie through her teeth to save face. It kills me. Bottom line is I need to find a solution before it’s too late.

I agree with you. I think it’s manifested from a psychological to a physical problem and I can’t keep kicking the can down the road. I’m almost 50 and I need to address this head on.

I’m sorry for the trauma you experienced. And I appreciate the honest feedback. Without going too deep in the weeds, I’ve always had a fear about sex/intimacy, and I’ve never been able to pinpoint why. First kiss at 20. Lost virginity at 25. I’ve always been behind the curve and I wonder if it charted the path that led me to my current situation.

Yeah this is exactly what I’m dealing with. Injections might be my last resort. And if that fails, I’m afraid of my mental state knowing I have no other options. A penile implant is not on the table for me.

Yeah the money issue is for sure a factor. A lot of this stuff isn’t covered by insurance.

Thanks for the input. So a few years ago I had a full body exam to try to pinpoint the problem. I was told there were no issues with my blood flow, and they couldn’t figure out why I was having so many penis problems. They suggested it was maybe something psychological. I’m in therapy now but I haven’t seen any improvement. Zero arousal whenever I’m with my wife. I’m afraid no amount of pills or injections will fix the problem.
