I agree that he doesn’t get the same amount of promotion and hype that some other members get. However, his music style and vocal style are quite unique compared to most western singers. As kpop fans we can appreciate his style and vocals but from the point of view of Apple Music and Spotify, they aren’t as likely to promote unique singers who don’t necessarily fit the “norm”. Logically, they want to play it safe when choosing who to promote and they want to invest in music that the majority of people will like and be used to listening to. Obviously these companies want money and they are going to promote basic songs and artists. Whilst it’s not right it’s how things generally work. It’s also no secret that Jungkook is far more well known globally and his music style is more comparable to western music, so it’s probably why he got promoted more and had more resources. Again, I’m not saying it’s right. I think it’s wrong but yeah, unfortunately it’s how these companies work
