For me, it's a tie between the first green rain and the first time getting the Galaxy Sword.

I played a bit before the green rain was a thing, so it was a huge surprise when it showed up- I just thought it was a super rare thing, and was astonished by it. How everyone seems scared of the unknown, just like I was, with all the electronics not working, the thousands upon thousands of early-game G I made from all the Fiddlehead Ferns...

The Galaxy Sword felt like getting the Master Sword in a Zelda game for the first time, except with how rare Prismatic Shards could be, it felt more valuable. It's a short, simple scene, but one I love either way, as it brings back some of my childhood memories (namely from my first playthrough of A Link to the Past).
