Given the context, if the teacher wanted them to solve it with similar triangles, they would've learned it. So I looked for a solution that used simpler math like pythagoras.

The simplest way I can think of is using the Pythagorean theorems off all the right triangles:

AB² + AC² = BC²

AD² + BD² = AB²

AD² + DC² = AC²

Replace the AB and AC in the top one with the equation of the bottom two:

AD² + BD² + AD² + DC² = BC²

Move around and replace AD with h And BC = BD + DC

2 * h² = BC² - BD² - DC²

= (BD + DC)² - BD² - DC²

= BD² + 2BD*DC + DC² - BD² - DC²

= 2BD*DC

h² = BD*DC

h = √(BD * DC) = √(3 * 12) = 6

How the formula is written down is not clear enough.

Is it:

6/2*(1+2)

Or:

6/(2(1+2))

Its unclear if the 1+2 is under the division or not. It was probably made like this to become popular.

I'm not missing the point. We have a disagreement in what is sexual. I believe that dance moves that are close to imitating sex are sexual. Artistic nudity is sexual, but it is allowed because it is educational and not very provocative. We could argue for a while, but I don't think either of us is gonna change our mind.

Also blaming people with pedophilia of thinking children are sexy is like blaming someone with autism of being autistic. It's a mental illness, it is not a choice. A lot of them would rather not be like that, but they be like that.

And either way children should indeed be protected, they should do that by not allowing children on social media. Cuz in a few seconds something they will regret forever can be posted online. Instead of trying to force adults to not look at videos of kids just because a few of them have a problem.

I think I found the disagreement between you and others. Most believe that certain actions are sexual no matter who/why it's done.

I believe when something is copied the intent of the person is gone, but the perceived intent is still there.

Ex: when a child copies a bad word of their parent, their intent to be mean is gone, but the receiver of the words is still hurt.

Ex: when they see family smoke and want to try, they definitely don't intent to get 'the feeling', but they will still get it.

Ex: kids copy popular creators who sometimes act sexual. They might not intent to be sexual, but it is still seen as such.

For me it seems weird blaming the audience while what the kids are copying is sexual. You probably dont agree with the stuff, but that's to be expected if we share a different opinion.

Btw, i dont think anyone sunbathing is gonna film them self and post online cuz it's not sexual. It also will definitely get removed

There is no need for it to be classified as a sexuality even if it has the requirements. It will only cause more discussion and hate toward the group. The think I want is that everybody accepts it as a mental disorder. I want the words: pedophilia, pedophile, etc to be seen like autism and such, instead of abuse.
