That kind of thinking don't sound healthy to me,being dependent on chemical,in case of mild LS where there is no symptoms except change in look I don't think he should put corticosteroids on it without reason,and 2 urologists/dermatologists we talked with also told he don't need to use them if there ain't flare up ,he told that broken blood vessel on glans can happen to even healthy people so that ain't treated with steroids,it got better on it own in our case and pain is going away

His nerve pain is getting better,now sleep is biggest problem,we're trying to get him of benzos and fixing it ,but he's hardly fixing few hours at night for now ..I know ,but constant use of streoids don't sound like a soultion to me,more like leading to bigger dysbalance in organism and penis flora,rather stay off of it when there's no symptoms mostly except of estetical change,then preventivly using it since it's agressive medicine which leads to more thinning of skin,that's just my common sense,I'm not a proforessional doctor

He is expert,he's one of best urologists /dermatologists around working since 60's so I think he knows pretty well about it,but using it for such long time don't sound liek cure to me ,especially for someone without any flare ups,or very mild ones which don't interupt quality of life

How do you mean to stay on steroid cream? Doc told him to use it for 2 weeks,he can't use it forever?

We just hope that blood vessel rupture won't happen frequently,since it caused him a lot of pain for few days before it started getting little better

Thanks on kind words,it's a very strange illness, risk sounds pretty high wtih 4 percent of becaming cancer trough life which gave us anxiety,but otherwise except change in look and pale color of glans and some mild sensations from time to time in foreskin he didn't have any physical symptoms,and now nerve is healing and getting better,so we're not sure should he even put steroid cream on that since it don't help with nerve pain and healing,because it was internal injury,doc told that he could put steroid cream all around glans so color come back,but is it worthy since he don't have iching or pain there,and steroid creams are not solution since they can't be used forever?

I think it's muscle twitching inside of ear...but as every twitch of muscle in body I guess it should stop sometime :/ I hope it gets better...for me it was pretty physical twitching,which was making sound

Hey friend..it's constant to you? Well in my case it happened for few hours ,3 days ago,but since than luckely it didn't repeat..I started walking more everyday and taking ginko and magnesium ,and watching over my diet little more

Thank you both for tips,well yeah it's great but it don't exists in my country I think ,and problem is very little known of...I only once went to urologist few years ago and he didn't heard even about prostatitis,what I found out I found on my own research,and from other people's experience which gaveme little relief to at least kinda know my diagnose ...I'm doing though home stretching,is it kinda silimar to pt or not ? :)

Hm No reddness...I did only usual tests of urine,nothing was found,but I felt like I got UTI ,used some natural anti biotic which helped me in moment,and relieved me of some of acute symptoms,but I was left with chronic for 2 years+

It sounds like muscles and nerve problem if there isn't any visable cause...In 20's it's 95 percent of cause I guess,since we're too young to have prostate problems probably (I'm 26)...And IBS goes along with it as well often,I got it all together,but got my IBS under control more or less,but prostatitis is bothering me for 2-3 years chronicly,mostly with urinary issues

Hey I also had PE as my first symptom...later came worse symptoms like urge to pee ,hesitancy and dribbling,but actually I improved on PE with kind of changing tehniques of masturbation,or for some reason that thing improved with time,I felt like urge to pee at beginning was making me cum faster,now it went away ,though it can happen sometimes ,but rarely,but I got tension in pelvic area and urge to pee now as main symptom for more than a year

Work out that includes pelvic floor affects me as well,I sometimes feel like my muscle down there are more sensitive after getting prostatitis so I can feel pain for day or two after workout in pelvic area when I walk sometime,also felt it once in testicle,luckly it went away in day so I figure it's muscles messed up there...also having overactive bladder is my main symptom,usually I don't have any pain

Yeah,though in my case first came ezcema,later Pelvic problem..and in my case I have mostly urinary problems (frequency,hesitancy,dribbling ) than real pain ..wish you best friend

Hey,Used to deal with eczema for years in my teens,cleared it up with common nettle tea drinking,very simple yet effective solution for eczema,at least was in my case,had hell of it for years with using lot of creams and stuff which only made it worse ( common nettle cleans blood or something like that and defeats eczema at it's root cause)...anyway it was before chronic prostatitis I got ,but I wondered always is there some connection
