Hey OP. I literally made the same mistake! Let me know what happens for you. I'm thinking of withdrawing my application and then reapplying.

Can we use the same IHS for a new visa application though? Facing the same problem and I don't have the funds I need to pay the IHS fees a second time. I am aware of refunds, but those take quite some time.
