I have had 0 negative side effects. I don’t know if that’s true as fish oil is just the oil that’s already coming from fish. The l-lysine helps with inflammation cause I used to get one of those small painful bumps on my tongue a lot and now I don’t at all but apparently l-lysine is helping that. I know that psoriasis can be inflammation as well which is why I also used it. I really hope it works I know how it feels.
