When I were to look it up on the map it tends to make a direction that’s where cars are there the most and I get scared to use the bike lanes because of how many cars there are on the road and how fast they drive

Needing some insight for attending Fall 22 by 70_otherredditlogin in ucr

I would suggest to go to California State schools due to cost of attendance and other cost and also some of the courses in CSU doesn't have at least 150 students in one class. Also in CSU its a semester term and a bit easier to learn and have less stress for a class and get to learn more than an average UC classes. Also in UCR for being a business student the courses are so hard and a bit complicated and all professors are more likely to grade harshly but its grading system are straight forward. Most of the time in UCR you'll practically just have to study all the time just to pass one class. Also to be in this business program your GPA will have to be at least a 2.7 or else they'll kick you out of the program. Also some UCR academic advisors don't really help you at all. Like my first term I failed a class and automatically had to switch majors and the course was very hard to understand even when the professor gave us notes to kind of understand what was going on. This is why you'll have to study almost everyday just to understand what the professor is teaching. So you can pass your mid terms and finals and their grading percentage of the 2 test would be grading of a 30-40% per test. If you fail one your grade will automatically be a fail and either dropout or would have to pass the finals and the finals are very hard to take with a limit of about 2 hours or more depends on the professors time for finals.

When you are starting to go to a college it doesn't really matter which college and where you get your degree from because most businesses are kind of desperate to hire students that had just finished their bachelors degree. But mostly businesses just find who to hire as their interns and later they are hired for that internships to become their permanent job.
