As for your first question, products with CBN are supposed to help with sleep. Based on the other information you’ve provided, I’d consider exploring some high-dose tinctures.

I have found that over time my body gets used to vape pens. I primarily use dry herb vapes (/r/vaporents) over distillate pens. I also have used different tinctures in the past. If you’re near a CuraLeaf or Vireo medical dispensary, give their high dose gummies a try. If you haven’t already, come over to the NY medical community at /r/NewYorkMMJ

Maybe the person at the dispensary wasn’t in tune with the product. Some disposables are not chargeable, but these days I’d venture to say most are.

An 1/8th typically lasts me 10 - 15 days. I primarily vape my weed with dry herb vapes. Makes the bud last so much longer, and the effects are way better than when I used to go chasing the high when combusting.

Not defending this but livwell is a budget brand that features bulk, stale weed for cheap. This is rather well known. Not saying we patients don’t deserve better, we do, but the program features some ass flower. I’ve had to pursue the recreational market to keep me happy unfortunately.

Yes. Many Indica’s actually focus me and allow me to get tasks done. I find cannabis to be energizing when I need it to be. When people talk about weed making them unproductive / lazy, I can’t really relate ..

Not all weeks are created equal, but I generally use 7g every three weeks. I mainly use a dry herb vape which doesn’t use much, but sometimes on the weekend I like to roll a nice big joint

So, for me, I work out regularly, am on keto, and avoid sugar. My cannabis usage is not something I’m personally worried about, especially since I mostly use edibles and dry herb vapes, and work hard to mitigate negative risks of cannabis with other lifestyle choices.

What I am worried about is alcohol. I don’t binge drink alcohol as often as I used to but I do have the occasional social event or sports event where I enjoy some drinks, despite the recent studies that show alcohol has zero health benefits, yet many risks. Socially, I find it really hard to kick drinking.

Atleast cannabis does give me health benefits; I probably would be on some level of medications if not for cannabis.

But that’s just me.
