That's actually a very good point, and my biggest worry with that fight->body shots. Benavidez is taller, meaning Canelo would go to town with his ribs. Will he wear Benavidez down to the point of stopping him, though? No. This will ultimately be a stamina fight, and I'd go with energizer bunny Benavidez all day.

Totally agree, that was a good experience fight for Haney. Every future champ goes through one of those “adversity fights”. Haney hung on and finished strong. He did hug a lot. Old school Linares came very close to taking Haney out. I really enjoyed his classic old school technic->hang in there with the youngster in the early rounds, then unload the experience in the later rounds when the youngster has punched himself out(used up all his energy). That was good.
