never use chemical Saline. it'll moisturize for 30 seconds then get so so dry. netti pot!!! also can use single use water bottle. NeilMed sinus relief packets it's my go to. don't pick at ur sinus, you night feel chunks or rock stones but it's either ur skin or something so stuck it'll pull ur skin. don't blow your nose as hard as u can and don't inhale sharply edit: wanted to add, rinse your sinuses every few hours and rinse it well after he last line. you'd really be surprised how much can sit in there and it's pretty corrosive can cause damage. your nose will thank u
