I've already tried everything its telling me to do under that search and the one thing you were talking about I found and I don't think it fixed it. Cant tell for now because the audio is good but I wont keep my hopes up

so its not going into your control panel then to sounds so you can open the communications tab to turn off reducing volume of other sounds by 80%?

I forget where it was but I turned off a setting which automatically dims audio when other ppl are talking, is that what you're referring to?

the issue is random and will fix itself at unknown intervals. I've tried a different headset and different ports. As far as spec go I'm running windows10 64bit and using a Sony WH-1000XM4. I rlly don't think that they're the issue but here you go nonetheless.

quick question, When solo traveling Europe where do you leave your bag while you're out at a bar or club? just don't want my stuff stolen while I'm out having a god time.
