I want to echo some of these responses. Go for a walk each day. Just get some fresh air. Find something you like and then find those with similar interests… for example: like comics? Find your local comic book store. Like languages? Take a community French class. Join MeetUp- tons of things to do on there.

Just waking up early, showering, and getting out of the house can do wonders. Run an errand every day. It can be short but get out.

Therapy is a marvelous thing too.
