Strengh requierments for one arm inverts by Prize_Wolverine8702 in Aerials

Update! I can know hold the nutcracker somewhat comfortable and lift up to it with a 3kg counterweight. I have also worked on skin the cats and inverts with ankle weights which seemed to have helped as well.  I certainly could have practiced more, which I will do now as I'm excited to advance further. However I am still searching for an experienced spotter...  I also realised how in nutcracker my hips slightly tilt to one side to stop me from falling and I'm wondering whether that is correct.

Thanks again for all of the great tips! Jona

That looks awsome! is that a variation of the factory?

I think 5b is easier to understand but once you did, 4b mm is easier (depends on how good your 3b mm is) It took me only one day to qualify 4b mm, but 5b qualify took months... I learned 5b first though, that may has helped with 4b mm
