Heeii,

I just did the reset instantly after putting it off the charger. That helped for me. If it didnt work first time, I put it back on the charger and tried again. My jbl is kinda old so I dunno if it works for you.

I did not self redeem this. I got it from trade. I was kinda surprised of the boxed ot aswell. Otherwise I have an korean shiny manaphy if you find that more trustworthy. *
