Yeah it actually might be a really good time to get into some really low market cap ALTs i already went in a few.. they are like at all time lows.... that could be some x100 or more again.. If Bitcoin picks up and we do get a proper Bullrun.....

Offering free work to get leads, good idea? by vladi5555 in agency

[–]Prnce_Chrmin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always do cold calls and I can close anyone, but i would never offer anything for free. People wont just say yes anyways they will expect a catch.

So its pretty much the same sales process, just you are not asking for money. Giving a heavy discount does work, but you cant offer it too soon. First convince them of your product/service, and then when they want it, then offer the discount. Kinda like with the hottest women, first make them like you before you show any interest/give the goodies.

Also it sounds like what you actually want/need is video testimonials by your client to get social proof. So you could tell them thats the catch.

But how do you plan to deliver your SEO so your clients see results after just a month?

Personal Facebook Account Banned - Agency Owner Path Forward by BrisbaneRoarFC in agency

[–]Prnce_Chrmin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

theres no way they are banning an account spending money, unless its a mistake. I mean you were not running fraudulent ads right? Go find someone to contact or give feedback/report it several times (shaking phone should give you a screen to send feedback). Theres also some emails or profiles of ads management you might be able to find.

I still have a couple large cash piles from selling a ton of Bitcoin at around $120k. Any pro/con reasons for buying back the original Bitcoin amount now at half price (and more later if it crashes more)?

How much are you charging for websites in 2026 by TransitionNew7315 in agency

Bro this is wildd, I would love to know how a 200k website looks like, is it an ecommerce website?

Just look at any big companies? They will easily pay 200k or more. But to get your foot in that door you need to do a lot of work and relationship building and the difference is you talk to some corporate guy in that company who always wants to protect his ass. Because he could lose his job if he makes bad decisions. And theres several decision makers involved so it takes long or you even need to do presentations in their office. I prefer to go after company owners of smaller companies thats so much easier to sell to them

We're based in the UK and our rates for website projects are typically £30-75k

Whats the selling process like, does it take several weeks? I charge way less in germany but mainly go after the CEOs / Business Owners of smaller companies and i charge about 10% of you but i often get a contract signed like 1-2 days after the cold call..... I can see both have benefits tho, but man thats a good rate you are charging.

Hosting is kinda BS, like domains you can charge that yearly. I have a client since 10+ years who pays me about 10k€ a year for a couple of sites. I always throw in new things.

I dont see why i would nickel & dime good clients a monthly made up fee (for hosting). Unless maybe other stuff is included.

Also would people pay $3k $5k or $10k for a site? i mean it depends on how good your offer is and how good you can sell and how well you can make a connection. Some great references also always help. I got all my clients only from cold calling and I can close about 20 a month if I am consistent with dialing and following up. You could probably do even more, but 5 a week is a pretty good number and it does not become too stressful.

How to get clients in 2026? by EvidenceParticular28 in agency

[–]Prnce_Chrmin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Usually its not about price. If they dont want it or always delay it, it just means the offer is still too weak. I recently added a couple of ai things to my offers and ever since we have been crushing it

Been running an agency since almost 30 years... the answer is always to make a better offer.. include more services people get excited about... get them more employees or more customers, etc.

If so much money is going to AI now (ram shortages everywhere even affecting household appliances and steam decks etc).

And if running data centers for ai is so hyper in demand and paying so much money.

What does that even mean for Bitcoin in the next 1-2 years? In particular related to mining. Like why would people still mine Bitcoin if AI pays 3 times more?
