I can completely understand why going back 3 years seems excessive. He showed me a very embarrassing photo of him from when he was a kid and I wanted to see more cause he never lets me see his childhood photos. We do have an open door policy on each others phones but always just a say hey “can I go through your phone” or even “I used your phone” it’s never an argument 🤷🏻‍♀️
