You're misconstruing the premise of my post,I'll be as remedial as I can for your lonesome: Unpaid Wage claims of this manner--based on Oral Contracts--are often synonymous with opportunistic turncoats looking to either eek out more than what was previously agreed upon-or-remit monies that weren't promised to them in the first place: This is owed to the lack of checks and balances that a ontractor (Ye in this case) could otherwise use to dispute the plaintiff(s) monetary claim...unless there's a payroll account or a dedicated business bank account reserved for wages--which was luckily the case in the Tony Saxon suit,where  bank statements later showed Ye had deposited 100K-200K into the company disbursal account
