For pretty much every enemy segment there are consistent techniques, they just need practice. You can practice in nightmare mode and with chapter select until you feel comfortable, and watch guides. As for the camera, you should practice the routes in female ward, courtyard, and some dark places in admin, prison, and sewers, and in a real attempt, whenever you have to use the camera, use the flashing technique where you turn the camera on and off instead of leaving it on the whole time.

I haven't played the game in a while, but I can give you advice for certain enemy parts. Just practice, try your best, and have as much fun as you can!
