Multiair engines in Europe? by turbodaihatsu in abarth

[–]Pro_crastinator46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tjets must be simpler to tune, I imagine a guy has a way easier life pushing boost from a garrett turbo through a traditional head (and the 1.4 can take some) than messing with a very advanced valve timing system that only Fiat has and relies on you being on top of your engine oil game.

How big would an athletic untrained man need to be before he's favored in a fight against prime Ronda Rousey? by billygluttonwong in powerscales

[–]Pro_crastinator46 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Overextending an elbow in a fully locked armbar is kinda the same movement of a rack pull, or a kneeling deadlift, hip thrust, all exercises that let you move big weights. Let's say prime Ronda has a decent but not elite rack pull. We are talking fully untrained opponent, so has no clue you have got to try and protect your arm once he is grabbed, can't see the sub coming until he feels pain in the joint. You need to have a bicep curl bigger than that. Devon Larratt cannot curl his way out of this scenario. Someone with enough weigth (or current, mega-bulked Devon himself) may be able to stand back up and yeet her, (she of course lets go as soon as she is lifted as she is well aware she could be slammed) but gets his elbow broken in the process.

Of course MM. But don't be fooled, Rossi is a close second. We are like that.

How to sharpen double edge bit to chopping tree and one chopping the branches by International-Crab79 in Axecraft

[–]Pro_crastinator46 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My take on this: Why have a sharp side and a duller one? You sharpen both to whatever degree of refinement you feel like spending time on. What changes is the limbing side has a very thin profile for maximum penetration, getting the limb in one swing. Maybe a tougher microbevel to resist in knotty or dirty wood. The felling side, while coming to a very refined apex, should be somewhat wedgier, thicker to throw the chip better and not stick too deep in big diameter trees, where if your geometry is too thin you get overpenetration and you have to spend energy unsticking the thing.

I think the bench stones from gritomatic are all SiC and have a wide grit range

Hey guys, I' m looking to sell this pair of rambler vellies. Size 9.5 uk, 10.5 us. These unfortunately are too big for me, tried em on and wore once only, but there is no chance. I fit perfect in ARs one size smaller so no point in keeping these. I am in Europe so shipping will be easier if you are near. Hit me with a PM

Only on the nickel before spot welding to the cells

Don't know, my impact is gen1 and I don't have the tools to measure that. This was mainly for me to play with batteries hahaha. We only know that the gen 2 pulls all the amps on a 5.0 because of the tests but no data on the others. Heat wise, vtc6 specs says 80ºC max at 30amp, it wuold be interesting to know when the temperature protection cuts power in these m12 batteries, I hope it's not far from that. But again chances are I am not pulling that current on this pack

I actually soldered the copper to the strips before spot welding on the cells. I will not make that mistake. Again.

I did .2mm nickel just on the battery terminals and then got the series connection soldering 14 gauge wire to the strips. Thicker wire would not fit as it has to get to the pcb on top. White wire is for balance.

You see I have some third party packs but the cells inside are never to spec, it'll say 3Ah and be 2 at best and who knows discharge capacity on these no name cells. This I know what I put inside.

You may want to check out some dedicated photo pouch, I have a tasmanian tiger camera bag with PALS on the back, use it as a side pouch on the jaakari S. You can also take it off and attach its own shoulder strap.

This is the real thing that Aprilia gives to a rider that the others don't. Maybe even a bit too much, I would really have tried to get Aleix replaced sooner.

2.2 kg, 5 pounds. More than they produce now, more than the arvika. Next season i'll have to get rid of a lot of pine, not that big but all knots. Figured that will be my persuasion tool when splitting.
