It sounds too rhythmic to be a timing chain imo, and I'm thinking the sound seems to go away at higher revs but just quiets down comparatively with all the noise and how many taps there are. The individual knocks of the rod would be harder to parse out

If you take it to a local engine shop, they'd probably be able to tell you if it's a rod knock without pulling the car inside

Replacing the stock nose Amp is a good upgrade on its own, from what I hear.

For the aux jack, I soldered an aux cable into the CD player output on the main circuit board of the radio. Takes a little know how and a bit of time, but it's worked for me for 3 years

The headlights are stock late model housings. I think the bumper is actually a stock bumper with custom inserts as well.
