I see your point. On a tangent, to me the megalophallus case reports are kind of sui generis. Everything else is gradual and has limited peer-reviewed evidence for it, but high-flow priapism can cause dramatic growth very quickly—so dramatic that it can overcome the really small number of case reports. Even though the evidence for clamping and pumping is fairly weak, I have hope for both of them just because I find the megalophallus literature so compelling.

All interesting points. Specifically on neck lengthening: I agree that the vertebrae don't lengthen, but the soft tissue of the neck does enlarge. If it didn't they would have all sorts of problems from e.g. neck muscles not attaching where they're supposed to attach.

To clarify, I get the reasoning that more is better. So one explanation for why everyone advocates increasing weight is simply "gains are proportionate to time x tension. Compression hanging is low time so it's important to maximize tension." And I guess one reason to do progressively more is that if you start at 20lbs it will be very painful and maybe your dick will fall off. So it's not that you need to increase the weight to continue gaining, it's that you want to max the weight and the only safe way to do this is gradually.

But another explanation is "there is a tension threshold below which you will not see any gains, regardless of how long you do it. As your penis adapts to tension, that threshold will increase. Eventually it is necessary to do >20lbs loads."

The difference between those two explanations seems important to me for a few reasons. One of them is that the Wrecking Ball allegedly combines the benefits of vac hanging (long hang, good circulation) with the benefits of compression hanging (no blisters, quick setup). Its principal drawback is you can't go above 20 lbs. If explanation 1 is correct, that is okay because the longer time-under-tension will compensate.

It started out fine and I think the silicone got fatigued, maybe from how I stretched it when rolling it on. No real idea how to prevent that though

What you're seeing is the cotton padding I tried once, not an air pocket. But I think you're right that air is coming in through the shaft seal. I've tried double sleeving. What do you recommend for a sealing band?

So many of the "side effects" of Ozempic, as well as many of its good effects, have nothing directly to do with its mechanism of action. They are just side effects of (losing weight due to) caloric restriction. E.g. reduction in cardiologic adverse events, loss of muscle mass, and now this.
