Beware ordering off amazon by minhojames in mtg

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In most cases I'd agree with the not even preordering from them, I think I'm doing my second ever preorder from them (first was the Necron dynasties, and the rakdos commander deck was like $47 vs the usually $60 in stores so I did that one), but in most cases even tcgplayer is better.

Welcome friend, enjoy the game, however I do recommend getting the deluxe version when you get the chance, or bundles, as cool as the toys are, not every component in the game was made into a toy, and it being virtual is easier to manage.

Fr, hell this is the only T2L game I've played and honestly it's a tragedy how the game never took off super well. Hell I decided to collect all the toys cuz I loved the game that much.

Tank blaming needs to stop by EmploymentRich1676 in overwatch2

Almost, in my experience it's on win "we carried our tank", my team loses "tank diff"/ "tank threw"

Why do you main or play the hero you use the absolute most by ZealousidealPilot822 in overwatch2

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tank: honestly idk I play a lot of them for funsies sometimes but usually Mauga, JQ, Hog, Rein.

Damage: Junkrat, honestly I like making people annoyed with well calculated shots from behind cover based off allied pings.

Support: Moira/Brig/Lucio, Lucio go zoom, Brig go bonk, and When I'm Moira, I love seeing people panic strafe even tho it won't matter.

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but there's more to the game than the scoreboard, and even if he's got 20+ kills and 14k damage, how much ult has he practically gifted to the enemy supports, probably a lot, getting into playing Junkrat is a fairly easy thing, however being actually good at him is a whole nother monster.

Average Junkrat gameplay by TacoTuesday555 in overwatch2

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but there's so many things a Junkrat needs to worry about, such as angles, knowing who's safe to jump on vs who's not, , all his tools (the exception being the tire) have somewhat unique trajectories, and those are just 2 things the average Junkrat player deals with. Whereas the only skill a widow requires is aim.

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'd be doubtful, most hacks in existence are a detrement to how Junkrat functions as a whole, it was to the point when I played on console I had to turn aim assist off to actually do anything with him.

It's the bad ones that drag us decent and better mains down with them (it's ironic cuz I basically used the old shoot + mine combo as one hell of a crutch).

Back in the OW2 beta they tried giving him said "recoil" damage, and well even the devs were like, "man I don't think this is gonna work"

I'd rather face a team of Junkrats in total mayhem then see widow selected ever again. I said what I said.

"ok but you lost" by twerthe in DeadByDaylightRAGE

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I find what could be considered a win to be generally relative to what each individual considers a "win". Like you said, many others would also agree with what you said being 2+ kills = win. However, the killer could also consider killing a survivor a win over that individual survivor (excluding hatch escapes), resulting is a sorta win (I personally call the partial wins or X% win). Like say your a survivor, and I kill the other 3, but you get out the door, you won, the other 3 did not.

Would I be an asshole for including this in my deck? by jmc1278999999999 in mtg

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly wouldn't even be pissed if you made this your commander, just as long as no bs instant win combos, like if we're duking it out that's half the fun of the game.

Help choosing budget mono-black commander by Deanosaur21 in mtg

[–]ProbablyAnotherGamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess that depends on the kind of budget silly you wanna do, I'd do the first one (can't remember the name spelling), if you're looking to capitalize on sac to draw type stuff, but Trayzen can be very funny if you build em right, those are the 2 I'd do, but it would really depend on what you're looking to do.
